Amaretti
AMARETTI
The history tells that the origins of these cakes are from Sassello, a little village not far from Savona. This recipe was created on the same day as the Italian Unit declaration. Savonese confectionary manufacturers have always conserved the same craftsmanship and produce the same kind of amaretti : dry and fragrant cakes made from almond paste.
The original recipe of the old tradition has been perfectly conserved up to today and it gives us the flavour of genuine and well manufactured ingredients.
