It is a very deep-rooted tradition of knowledge and flavours offering us some typical cheeses such as Formaggette, Sora and Giuncata. These exclusive products mostly consisting of local sheep's milk (and of goat's and cow's milk too) are getting increasingly more popular on our tables. Every cheese has old origins and it is manufactured by following original processes.
